Job Description:
Provide 1:1 psychosocial rehabilitation to clients in their home and community. Have the ability to integrate and apply counseling skills, coaching, case management skills, in a variety of settings and environments with a variety of clients. Ability to self-direct and work independently, while under clinical supervision and with support.

This is a full-time W2 paid position. Base salary is depending on skills and experience but has a range of $60,000-$75,000

In addition to your base salary, you are reimbursed for the use of your personal vehicle for business. This is an average of an additional $6000 per year. We also have other opportunity for overtime, crisis intervention, special projects or other forms of additional compensation.
Additional meals, entertainment, and other activities base on client treatment plan.

You have 10 days (2 weeks) of paid time off accrued each year. In addition, Sanare provides 6 paid holidays and an additional 6 days of sick time.

The clinical leadership of Sanare have over 25 years of behavioral health experience each. We provide weekly group supervision, bi-weekly individual supervision as well as daily availability for issues that may arise.

The nature of psychosocial rehabilitation and the clients we serve provide a rich learning environment. You have exposure and gain experience to a wide variety of clinical diagnosis and experience applying a wide variety of clinical interventions.
In addition, we provide in house professional development at least monthly.

Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field
Current registration with DORA (LPCC, LPC, SWC, LSW, LCSW)
