Caroline is a compassionate and creative mental health professional committed to providing trauma-informed care to our clients. She earned her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver. Her academic journey also includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, complemented by a Studio Art minor from the University of Georgia, reflecting her integration of creativity into her therapeutic approach.
Caroline has experience working in both inpatient and partial hospitalization settings. During her experience working at these higher levels of care Caroline learned a great deal about supporting those with Eating Disorders. Caroline’s experience working in psychiatric hospitals has deepened her passion for supporting individuals who struggle with various mental health concerns. Her dedication to trauma-informed care extends to her work in psychiatric hospitals and her training in diverse settings, including private practices, counseling clinics, and community organizations. Caroline has significant experience supporting individuals and families in navigating crises and prioritizing client safety through compassionate care.
Caroline believes that therapy is a catalyst in helping clients move their inner needle towards finding self-acceptance.
Caroline approaches her work with the understanding that recovery is not a linear process, offering individualized support and tailored interventions to help clients navigate the ups and downs of their unique journeys toward healing. Beyond her clinical skill, Caroline utilizes her background in creative arts to foster healing and self-expression in therapy. Her work emphasizes resilience, holistic growth, and long-term recovery.
In her free time, Caroline finds joy in the outdoors, whether hiking, snowboarding, or climbing, and nurtures her creative side through painting and attending live concerts.
